Architecting
the future
We are looking for systems thinkers and creative pioneers to build the next generation of digital products.
APAC opportunities
GrowthBusiness Developer
Singapore Full-time · APAC
You will open doors across APAC, turn “we should talk sometime” into signed work, and never once say the words “circle back”.
Business Developer
Our best work still arrives mostly by word of mouth. That is flattering, and it is not a strategy. You are the person who turns a decade of good referrals into a pipeline we can actually forecast, without turning us into the kind of studio that sends founders a seventeen-page templated proposal.
What you will actually do
- Own the pipeline end to end: first hello, scoping call, proposal, signature, handover.
- Build a partner network across Singapore, KL, Jakarta, Bangkok, Sydney and wherever else good founders congregate.
- Sit in on scoping sessions with designers and engineers, so what we promise is what we can build.
- Turn our case studies into stories that make a founder say “do that, but for us”.
- Keep the CRM honest. You may choose the CRM. Within reason.
You will fit right in if
- You have sold services rather than software seats, so you know a scope of work is not a price list.
- You can hold your own in a room full of technical people and ask questions that earn their respect.
- You have worked across APAC and know Singapore is not a proxy for the whole region.
- You are comfortable being the only business development person in the building. The autonomy is the perk and the catch.
Bonus points
- A design, agency or studio background.
- A second language that is useful somewhere between Jakarta and Seoul.
- Strong opinions about the last templated proposal that landed in your inbox.
EngineeringAI Solutions Architect
Remote · APAC preferred Full-time
Design systems where the AI is load-bearing, not a chatbot bolted onto a settings page.
AI Solutions Architect
Most “AI features” are a text box wired to a model and a quiet prayer. We are after the person who builds the other kind: systems where the intelligence is structural, the failure modes are designed for, and the demo still works on the client’s real, messy data.
What you will actually do
- Take a fuzzy client ambition and turn it into an architecture someone can start building on Monday.
- Choose models, decide what runs where, and know when the honest answer is “this does not need a model at all”.
- Build evaluations before shipping. Vibes are not a test suite.
- Design retrieval, agent and tool-use patterns that survive contact with production data.
- Sit with designers early. Here the interface and the system get designed together, not in sequence.
- Tell clients what AI cannot do yet. That conversation is part of the job, not a failure of it.
You will fit right in if
- You have shipped LLM-backed systems to production and have the scar tissue to prove it.
- You can read a paper on Monday and have a rough prototype by Thursday.
- You write clearly. An architecture that only exists in your head is not an architecture.
- You have taste about when to reach for the boring, durable solution instead.
Bonus points
- Consulting or agency experience: many clients, many stacks, no two the same.
- Open source work we can read.
- A strong and defensible opinion about agent frameworks.
DesignSenior Product Designer
Remote · APAC preferred Full-time
Design interfaces for products that think back. Yes, you will still be asked about button states.
Senior Product Designer
Interfaces used to be deterministic: press the thing, get the thing. Now the product might pause, guess, be confident, or be confidently wrong. Designing for that honestly (without hiding it behind a spinner and hoping) is the most interesting problem in the discipline right now, and it is most of this job.
What you will actually do
- Own product design end to end: research, flows, interface, prototype, handover, and the fiddly bits afterwards.
- Design for non-deterministic systems: loading states that are not lies, errors that explain themselves, confidence made legible.
- Build and maintain design systems that engineers genuinely enjoy using.
- Prototype in code when that is faster than arguing in Figma.
- Present your own work directly to founders. There is no account manager translation layer here.
You will fit right in if
- You have five or more years in product design and a portfolio that shows thinking, not just final frames.
- You can defend a decision without being precious about it.
- You are fluent in Figma and dangerous in a code editor.
- You treat accessibility as craft rather than compliance.
Bonus points
- Motion and prototyping skills.
- Something genuinely AI-native in your portfolio.
- A habit in illustration, 3D or type design.
A culture of
autonomy
We operate as a high-density talent network. No middle management, just senior thinkers building together.
